The SmartCare by Cigna Mobile App is designed for Cigna Insurance Middle East customers covered with “Smartcare by Cigna” plans. You can register by either using your Emirates ID or Neuron ID mentioned on the digital ID card. Fill in all the details required on the registration page on the app and an activation code will be sent to you via email & SMS, enter the code on the SmartCare by Cigna App and you will have successfully registered. You can then click on the ‘Login’ button and enter your details and click ‘GO’ to access your account This app will serve as your centralised “hub”, a single destination from where you can search providers, view plan information, check your claims status and so much more. The SmartCare by Cigna App gives you fast, easy access to important health information while on the go. From your mobile device, you can: • Find a provider nearby • Book a doctor’s appointment • View and download digital ID cards • Submit and track claims • View list of benefits • Receive e-prescriptions • Contact customer service
